Time Warner Cable MVP – Kessa Solomon

Soror Turkessa Solomon was recently awarded an MVP Award by her employer, Time Warner Cable. Following a vigorous selection process Soror Solomon was one of only 181 Award 2nd Quarter 2016 award recipients in a company of nearly 25,000 employees.  The MVP award, which stands for Mission, Value, and Performance, recognizes employees who go above and beyond what is expected and consistently exemplify Time Warner’s Mission and Values in performing their job duties.  As a Commission Administrative Specialist for Residential Customers, Soror Solomon clearly demonstrates the value added skills which prompted her peer nomination and her selection by Human Resources and a regional selection committee.

Soror Solomon is a graduate of North Carolina A&T University and was inducted into the Gamma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho in 1996.  Theta Lambda Sigma is proud to have reclaimed Soror Solomon to active membership this sorority year!  We are also excited to celebrate her professional accomplishments in the business sector.  Congratulations, Soror Solomon on both your MVP Award and your reactivation!
